• Improve customer satisfaction by listening, acknowledging, and accurately categorizing contact reasons.
• Provide accurate responses by participating in daily departmental communications and staying aware of product and promotion initiatives.
• Research inquiries across multiple databases to ensure accurate, timely responses.
• Identify and elevate trending contact patterns to appropriate business units for proactive resolution.
