The Customer Experience Concierge role involves guiding and supporting participants of real estate reward programs, assisting home buyers and sellers from enrollment through closing. This is a fully remote position within the US, with work hours from 12-9 PM ET on weekdays and 8-5 on Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of 375-600 files
• Manage multiple clients and program details efficiently
• Convert leads into sales through consistent communication and problem solving
• Educate customers on program benefits and eligibility
• Handle escalations professionally
• Identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
• Support customers throughout their real estate transactions
• Coordinate between customers and real estate agents to ensure service excellence
• Manage high volumes of calls, emails, and texts daily
• Follow up proactively at key points in the customer journey
• Adhere to call flow policies, varying by client
• Achieve metrics related to enrollment, referrals, closings, and satisfaction
• Facilitate cross-selling of mortgage and ancillary services as needed

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of business experience preferred
• High school diploma required; some college preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Knowledge of real estate processes is preferred
• Customer service experience preferred (retail, financial services, call centers)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and digital navigation skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
