Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls promptly and courteously.
• Provide accurate information about store hours, services, and promotions.
• Be knowledgeable about basic customer inquiries and transfer calls when needed.
• Take and relay messages clearly and efficiently.
• Assist in general office duties including mail, updating phone lists, and supporting other departments.
