Girl Scouts of Central & Southern New Jersey, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to support the DreamLab and retail operations in North Brunswick, NJ. The role focuses on delivering a welcoming, engaging experience for Girl Scouts, families, volunteers, staff, and community members.

The position is part-time (up to 20 hours per week), with evenings and Saturdays possible. Responsibilities include customer service, merchandise sales, and membership assistance within a supportive team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, consistent, professional customer service to Girl Scouts, volunteers, families, and staff.
• Assist customers with selecting and purchasing retail merchandise.
• Answer questions about membership, programs, and resources.
• Assist with membership sign-ups and other customer needs.
• Support store activities to create an engaging customer experience.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and process transactions accurately.
• Help DreamLab operations meet customer service and sales goals.
