Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a logistics and events coordinator in Marlborough, MA. You will support customer visits with presentations, demos, and onsite coordination to showcase Cytiva’s bioprocessing solutions.

You will also help maintain the CX Center, manage scheduling, shipments, and collaborative planning with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams, and collect feedback to drive improvements. A life sciences or related degree and 5+ years in the industry are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in bioprocessing workflows and QA/analytical processes preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer visits with prepared presentations, demonstrations, and onsite coordination.
• Support the Customer Experience Center operations to keep displays and demos current and aligned with brand standards.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Applications and other teams.
• Manage Marketing Demo logistics including inventory and shipments for marketing events in North America.
• Collect customer feedback and visit metrics to drive continuous improvement in visit quality and center operations.

What you will do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer visits, supporting well‑organized, professional experiences through prepared presentations, demonstrations, and onsite coordination that effectively showcase Cytiva’s bioprocessing solutions and portfolio value.
• Support the day‑to‑day operations of the Customer Experience Center, ensuring the space is consistently ready for customer engagement, aligned with brand standards, and equipped with current, impactful displays and demonstrations.
• Coordinate scheduling, visit logistics, and administrative workflows, partnering with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Applications, and other stakeholders to execute planned customer engagements.
• Manage Marketing Demo logistics, including inventory tracking and coordination of inbound and outbound shipments supporting marketing events across North America.
• Collect customer feedback and visit metrics, sharing insights with the broader team to support continuous improvement in visit quality, center operations, and overall customer experience.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering, marketing, or related field—or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of bioprocessing workflows, including an understanding of upstream, downstream, and analytical/QA processes, with >5 years of experience working in the industry
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to confidently present to customer groups, explain technical concepts at a high level, and tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with proven success managing complex schedules and multiple stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple outbound and inbound shipments simultaneously without error.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• This is a site-based role with <10% travel expected off‑site, domestic and/or international.
• Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 50 lbs.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience in biopharma, CDMO operations, scientific applications, product marketing, or technical sales.
• Familiarity with Cytiva’s product portfolio or adjacent technologies.
• Experience coordinating logistics, managing shipments, or working with carriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of equipment or materials.

The annual salary range for this role is $90,000-$95,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
