Qualifications

• Experience in cashier roles or retail checkout operations.
• Ability to assist multiple store departments as needed.
• Comfort handling customer inquiries and transactions with courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customer at entry and exit and at checkout lines.
• Scan items and verify pricing accuracy.
• Redeem coupons and process loyalty offers.
• Restock and keep the checkout area clean and organized.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when needed.
• Support Blain’s Rewards sign-ups and protection plans goals.
• Assist with customer care, Self Checkout and sales floor tasks.
• Follow policies related to finance, safety, HR and legal.
