Job summary

You will ring up purchases, process payments, and promote the MStyle Loyalty Program while also assisting with merchandising, restocking, and general store upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers when entering or leaving the store.
• Ring on registers accurately and maintain all cash and media at the registers.
• Maintain orderly appearance of cash wrap.
• Receive payment by cash, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
• Communicate the MStyle Loyalty Program to customers and ask them to sign up.
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping when requested by management.
• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise.
• Participate in preparation for cycle counts.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms as needed.
• Answer customer questions and escalate to a manager if needed.
• Clean shelves, counters, tables, racks, fixtures, and break room.
