Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction).

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage and assist customers at the checkout.
• Process customer transactions quickly, accurately and efficiently.
• Understand and operate the POS system and handle various payment methods.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and loss prevention guidelines.
• Follow policies for restricted sale items (Alcohol, Tobacco, DVDs) and respond to pricing discrepancies.
• Stay current with ads and promotions, and comply with food safety regulations.
