Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a Front End Associate to engage with customers, provide efficient checkout services, bag and transport groceries, locate products, and perform price verifications. Maintain a safe, sanitary shopping environment and greet customers.

Must be at least 16 years old; on-the-job training is provided, with applicable certifications when required. You will multi-task in a fast-paced setting and help promote the Thank You Card program while following store policies.

Qualifications

• On-the-job training typically provided.
• Minimum age 16 years; certifications when applicable (TABC/LACT).
• Ability to learn new technology systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct checkout totals by weighing, keying, and scanning items.
• Promotes enrollment in Thank You Card program and assists sign up.
• Bag groceries properly and ensure accuracy of receipts.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary store environment.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
