Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• May cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Model established customer experience practices with customers.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and manage cash per procedures.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery and maintain store standards.
• Support shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
