Responsibilities

• Open/close, service and support all accounts and services offered by PointBank.
• Process commercial and consumer transactions following policies and teller programs.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve issues in a courteous manner; pursue cross-sale opportunities.
• Maintain cash drawer accurately and balance cash daily; balance proof and ATM/ITM as needed.
• Enter, update and maintain customer information and leads in the CRM system.
