Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger bags groceries at checkout.
• Assist in removing merchandise from bottom of bascart for checkout.
• Offer to help customers with loading bags into their car.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning.
• Inform customers of grocery specials.
• Return merchandise to store shelves.
• Gathers bascarts and returns them to designated areas.
• Clean spills, collect and pick up trash inside store and in parking lot.
• Handle and assemble seasonal merchandise.
• Understand the store's layout and locate products; conduct price checks for cashiers.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report unsafe conditions to management.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Provide helpful customer service and answer product questions.
