Job summary

SpinXpress Laundry is seeking a part-time Customer Service Attendant to be at the heart of a fun, exceptional customer experience.

Join a people-first culture where your energy and positivity help customers and teammates thrive. During a six-week training you’ll earn $10 per hour; after training, pay ranges from $10 to $12 per hour with chances for commissions and bonuses, plus mentorship and growth opportunities.

• Experience in customer service in a fast-paced setting.

• Basic computer operations and POS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Foster a fun, welcoming environment by keeping the facility clean and organized.
• Greet, assist, and thank every customer with care.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and issues.
• Educate customers on services, products, and promotions.
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays.
• Follow all company policies and dress code standards.
