Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Greenbrier, AR to deliver a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, maintain stock, unload merchandise, and keep the store clean and presentable while following store policies.

The role requires strong customer-service abilities, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior retail or service industry experience is preferred, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks, stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, restock bathrooms, sweep/mop floors, take out trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
