Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Towanda, PA store and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, process sales at the register, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (preferred) and prior retail or service experience. You will lift up to 50 lbs, stock shelves, unload merchandise, and participate in safe, friendly store operations with teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
