Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Williamsburg to provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help keep the store clean and well-stocked.

The role requires maintaining safety and professionalism while interacting with customers and team members. Physical requirements include lifting 30–50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, stooping and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and team members.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including restrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
