Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Texas LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage transactions, and keep the store stocked and clean to maintain a safe environment.

The role requires strong customer service, good communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Part-time hours are available at our Cookville location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or service industry experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Handle sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
