Seattle Gold in Seattle, WA is hiring a full-time Customer Experience Associate (Precious Metals Analyst) at our Holman Rd location. You will guide customers through buying or selling gold, silver, and other valuables and receive full training.

About the Role

We’re looking for a full-time Customer Experience Associate (Precious Metals Analyst) to join our growing team at our Seattle location! (9776 Holman Rd. NW, Seattle, WA, 98117). This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where no two days are the same. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of our growing team in Seattle!

You’ll be the face of our business- guiding customers through the process of buying or selling gold, silver, and other valuables. Don’t worry if you’re new to the industry—we provide full training to give you the knowledge and confidence to succeed.
What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding in-person and phone-based customer service
• Evaluate jewelry and precious metals using our tools and training
• Educate customers and provide transparent, accurate information
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized store environment
• Support day-to-day operations and contribute to team success

Schedule

• Full-time, 8-hour shifts
• This role must be available to work Saturdays AND Sundays
• Day shifts including weekdays and weekends
