Job summary

Hanania Automotive Group is seeking a Customer Experience Service Associate to maintain an orderly lot, position vehicles for display, and assist with transport to customers’ homes or workplaces.

You will inspect vehicles for cleanliness and damage, drive to retrieve customer vehicles, and deliver loaner cars while ensuring documentation and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience encouraged but not required.
• Experience with vehicle cleaning and presentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep the lot neat and orderly and move cars as directed by the general manager.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and compliance with standards.
• Drive offsite to retrieve customer vehicles and deliver loaner vehicles.
• Obtain required signatures and perform walk-around inspections for damage.
• Return vehicles and document walk-around inspections for loaner vehicles.

Job Summary:The Customer Experience Service Associate assists the Service department, ensuring optimum on-site vehicle placement and presentation of interiors and exteriors of vehicles.
