Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience at our Westlake Village store. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and help stock and maintain the store. A friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication are essential.

Role involves lifting up to 50 lbs, unloading trucks, and meeting productivity standards for stock replenishment. Part-time hours and an inclusive, team-oriented environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Ability to understand and follow operational instructions and documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
