Job summary

Family Dollar in Walden, CO is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, stock shelves, and help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

This part-time role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Teamwork and reliability are essential as you support store operations and safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the register.
• Maintain cash security and protect assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe and respectful environment.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
