Job summary

Chickasaw Nation is seeking a part-time 38 Clerk at Chickasaw Travel Stop #535 to provide exceptional customer service, handle POS transactions, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.

The role requires no prior experience, with a High School diploma or GED, and compliance with background checks and gaming license requirements. Shifts may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pass gaming background check and general background check required.
• Gaming license or permit as required by position.
• May work day/evening/rotating shifts and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide first class customer service to internal and external customers.
• Operate POS terminal and process payments accurately.
• Keep work area clean and safe; maintain cleanliness of restrooms and displays.
• Assist customers with product selection and guide purchases or decisions.
• Stock shelves and display products for customer access and visibility.
• Balance register and report receipts and cash balance at end of shift.
• Follow Chickasaw Nation dress code and all policies and procedures.
