We are currently looking for aPart-Time 38 Clerkto join our Oak Hills Travel Gaming Operations Unit 5 team located at the Chickasaw Travel Stop #585.

Summary

Operates cash register and stocks store. Promotes signature products by providing the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• * Provides first-class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
• * Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
• * Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members, and customers of all types
• - Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment

• - Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance, and other assigned work time metrics

• * Sweeps, mops, dusts, vacuums, and performs basic cleaning and janitorial procedures
• * Cleans windows, doors, mirrors, glass partitions, baseboards, jambs, trim, and walls; maintains sanitization of restrooms; empties and cleans waste receptacles

• * Audits register and change box funds by auditing account shortages and overages through the process of counting their shift bag down before and after closing out shift
