Job summary

Dollar Tree in Andrews, SC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver an excellent shopping experience. You will assist customers, process sales at the register, and help keep the store clean and organized.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, stocking shelves, and maintaining safety and courtesy for customers and staff. Part-time position with opportunities for development and benefits where available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
