Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Hampton, SC location. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, manage transactions at the register, and help keep the store well-stocked and organized.

You will also unload trucks, replenish stock, and ensure a clean, safe, and friendly shopping environment for customers and coworkers. Part-time role with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operating documents.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
