Job summary

Domino's is seeking a Customer Service Rep to be the friendly face and voice for customers in-store or by phone. You’ll handle orders, keep the front of the store clean and organized, and contribute to a positive curbside and drive-up experience.

Ideal candidates are 16+ years old, capable of working nights and weekends, and comfortable taking direction from management while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multi-task and perform under pressure.
• Enjoy fast-paced environments and handle rush periods.
• Strong communication with customers and team members.
• Understand safe food handling, storage and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a positive and engaging experience.
• Take customer orders in-person or by phone using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front of store area.
• Manage drive-up and curbside experiences while ensuring safety and accuracy.
• Address customer concerns and escalate to management when needed.
• Ensure orders are accurate and meet standards before finalizing.
