Job summary

Dollar Tree in Loganville, GA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations and provide a welcoming shopping environment. You will assist with merchandising, stocking, and front-end duties as needed, while delivering friendly customer service.

The role requires the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, strong communication, and reliability. Prior retail or service experience is preferred, along with basic math skills for cash handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform repeated movements.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.
• High level of integrity required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting required.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Assist with merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Help maintain clean, neat store areas including restrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Provide positive, respectful interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register and safeguard cash and assets.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by leadership.
