Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, manage sales transactions at the register, and help keep the store clean and well-stocked to support daily operations.

The ideal candidate has excellent customer service and communication skills, can follow instructions, and is able to lift 30–50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar setting preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions at cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
