Job summary

Dollar Tree in Clever, Missouri is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

This role requires strong customer service and communication skills, the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, and reliability in a fast-paced retail environment. Part-time schedules and opportunities to grow with the team are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and support unloading trucks and replenishing stock.
• Ensure a safe, positive, and respectful environment for customers and team members.
