Job summary

Family Dollar LLC in Minnesota is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help customers, operate the register, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and organized. You will interact with customers in a friendly, efficient manner while following company procedures.

You’ll assist with loading merchandise, maintain a safe environment, and support leadership with daily store operations. This role offers part-time hours and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
