Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Georgia LLC in Winder, GA is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a friendly shopping experience, assist customers with questions, and handle transactions at the register.

You’ll help stock and replenish merchandise, maintain store cleanliness, and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for customers and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Keep the store clean, restock bathrooms, sweep and mop floors, take out trash.
