Job summary

Family Dollar is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Towanda, PA to provide a high level of service at the point of sale and help maintain store standards. The role includes assisting customers, handling transactions, stocking shelves, and supporting merchandising and safety duties.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in retail or Food/Drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and associates.
• Keep store clean, restrooms stocked, and floors swept/mopped.
