Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Austell location. You will assist customers, handle sales transactions at the cash register, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked store.

This part-time role emphasizes friendly customer service, safety, and efficient stock replenishment. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, engaging with customers and teammates while safeguarding cash and assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or service industry experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and operate cash register is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with friendly interactions.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms and floors.
