Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
• Assist with processing sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Manage customer credit applications and maintain account information.
• Follow cash handling procedures and reconcile transactions.
• Address customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to Management as needed.
• Support Management with operational audits and inventory processes.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare routine reports.
• Collaborate with sales team and other store associates.
• Utilize point-of-sale systems and retail management software.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
