Job summary

Loop Neighborhood Market in California is seeking friendly Team Members to operate shifts, assist customers, and uphold store standards across first, second, or third shifts. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities and a path to develop skills within the organization.

Our Team Members are responsible for cash handling, stocking, and ensuring a clean, safe, customer-focused store. You will deliver best-in-class service, support fuel promotions, and contribute to store profitability

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule across all shifts.
• Clear verbal and written communication with management and customers.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and making correct change.
• Ability to validate age for tobacco/alcohol where required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders when needed.
• Capable of staying calm and following procedures during emergencies.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Work comfortably in coolers, outdoors and varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Manage the cash register and keep the money balanced during shifts.
• Stock shelves and maintain a clean, professional store appearance.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to customers, vendors and staff.
• Maintain a safe, customer-friendly environment in-store and around the property.
• Troubleshoot and resolve car wash issues when they arise.
• Prepare shift reports following company guidelines.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to boost store sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to the manager.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
