Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Engages customers by greeting and assisting with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains clean, stocked counters and shelves; handles inventory and price checks as directed.
• Recommends items and supports upselling and cross-selling efforts.
• Performs routine store operations such as processing returns, rain checks, and exchanges, and follows asset protection procedures.
