Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly checkout service at the register.
• Assist customers with products, questions, and issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain counters and shelves; keep displays neat and merchandised.
• Handle returns, exchanges, rain checks, refunds as needed.
• Assist with pickup orders and in-store services (Photo area duties).
• Follow asset protection procedures to minimize loss and ensure safety.
• Adhere to policies for regulated products where applicable.
