Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Operate cash register, process transactions, and handle returns/refunds as needed.
• Maintain clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves; assist with inventory and pricing as directed.
• Provide customer service in photo area (passport photo service, poster print) and assist web pick-up orders.
• Adhere to company asset protection procedures and comply with store policies.
• Assist with store maintenance and separation of food items as needed.
