Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience in a busy retail environment. You will engage with customers, greet them, and provide courteous, efficient checkout and product assistance.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, processing payments, handling returns, stocking and merchandising, supporting photo services, and assisting with online order pickups.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Handle cash transactions, give change, and process returns and exchanges.
• Keep counters and shelves clean, merchandised, and stocked; check in and price merchandise.
• Provide customer service in the photo area, including passport photos and poster printing.
• Maintain store standards and follow asset protection procedures to minimize loss.
• Assist with web pick-up orders and deliver to customers when ready.
