Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service at the checkout.
• Assist customers with products and services and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Register purchases, handle cash, returns, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and merchandised; maintain inventory and pricing.
• Follow asset protection procedures to minimize loss and comply with company policies.
• Ensure compliance with state laws for regulated products (e.g., alcohol and tobacco).
• Construct and maintain displays for promotions; support resets and restocking as directed.
• Support photo services and web pickup duties, including order fulfillment and delivery to customers.
• Assist with store maintenance and teamwork; uphold a neat, orderly store appearance.
