Job summary

Walgreens Co. is hiring a Customer Experience Associate to greet customers, assist with products, and provide courteous checkout service. You will process sales, handle cash, returns, and exchanges, and keep counters clean and merchandised while following company policies.

You will also support displays, stock rotation, in-store services (photo and pick-up orders), and help deliver a positive, efficient shopping experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment and prior Walgreens experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services.
• Register sales on cash register and handle payments, returns, and exchanges.
• Provide courteous, friendly checkout service and maintain a neat, merchandised store area.
• Assist with inventory, pricing, and shelf replenishment per policy.
• Support store security and asset protection procedures.
