Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to greet customers, assist with products, and deliver fast, friendly checkout service in a busy store environment.

You will maintain clean shelves, upsell related items, handle returns, participate in photo services, and support store operations while upholding Walgreens policies and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide courteous, friendly checkout service.
• Assist customers with products and services and resolve questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves; price merchandise as directed.
• Operate the photo area services (passport photos, poster print, etc.).
• Process web pickup orders and deliver to customers in-store.
• Adhere to company policies and protect assets; support store maintenance and housekeeping.
