• Recommends items for sale and promotes upsell or companion products.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, inventories, and prices merchandise.
• Handles refunds, exchanges, rain checks, and voids as needed.
• Provides customer service in the photo area and assists with web pickup orders.
• Assists with exterior and interior store maintenance and adheres to policies.
