Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Process sales at the register, handle payments, returns, exchanges, and issues with courtesy and accuracy.
• Keep counters and shelves clean, merchandised, and stocked; price items and check in merchandise as directed.
• Provide customer service in the photo area (passport photo services, poster print, etc.) and assist with web pick-up orders.
• Comply with company policies and maintain professional relations with coworkers.
