Job summary

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Registers customer purchases on the cash register and handles returns or exchanges as needed.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and merchandised; takes inventory and prices items.
• Provides customer service in the photo area and supports web pick-up duties.
• Assists with store maintenance and adheres to company policies and procedures.
