Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver a highly satisfactory shopping experience at our Lynnwood store. You will engage with customers, maintain a clean store environment, and support loss prevention and safety standards.

Training may cover multiple store areas to meet business needs. You will uphold our merchandising standards, promote credit and loyalty programs, and process transactions accurately.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with customers.
• Support and promote a positive store culture with honesty and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Follow merchandising procedures and standards on the sales floor.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness.
