Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico)
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Register sales on assigned cash register, process transactions, and handle returns/exchanges as needed.
• Maintain counters and shelves, check in and price merchandise, and uphold store appearance.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance and inventory control.
