Job summary

Quick Quack Car Wash is hiring fun and energetic Team Members to work on-site at our car wash. You will greet customers, explain services, and assist with questions while maintaining a clean, efficient workplace.

Role includes cashiering, guiding customers, stocking, and general housekeeping. Must be available for varied hours, weekends, and holidays, with ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be able to smile and maintain a clean appearance.
• Must be able to read, count, and write accurately.
• Must be able to work various hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time.
• Must be able to endure standing and operating cash register for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers as they enter the location
• Maintains awareness of services provided by Quick Quack Car Wash
• Explains services provided by Quick Quack Car Wash to customers
• Assists customers with questions or price discrepancies
• Ensures accurate transactions by balancing cash register at the start and end of shift, and verifying sales at end of shift
• Assists customers in locating products, resolving complaints, or directing to other departments
• Stocks and maintains merchandise in vending carts
• Maintains housekeeping and maintenance responsibilities (driveways, restrooms, and car wash)
• Explains car wash entry procedure and follows loading/prepping procedures for safety
