Job summary

Quick Quack Car Wash is seeking fun, energetic Team Members to join our on-site team. You will greet customers, handle transactions at the cash register, and assist with car wash services while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Responsibilities include guiding customers, explaining services, resolving questions, and supporting daily housekeeping and merchandising tasks at the location. Candidates should be flexible on hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a friendly, smiling demeanor and maintain a clean appearance per dress and grooming standards.
• Ability to read, count, and write accurately.
• Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and operate a cash register.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the location.
• Maintain awareness of services offered by Quick Quack Car Wash.
• Explain services to customers and answer questions.
• Assist customers with questions or price discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate transactions by balancing cash at shift start and end, and verify sales.
• Assist customers in locating products, resolving complaints, or directing to other departments as needed.
• Hold advertising signs and perform other marketing tasks as required.
• Present sales pitches for memberships and additional services.
• Conduct sales transactions accurately and maintain cash accountability at POS.
• Stock and maintain merchandise in vending areas.
• Maintain site housekeeping and car wash areas (driveways, restrooms, etc.).
• Explain car wash entry procedures and ensure safe loading and prep procedures for customers and staff.
