Job summary

Quick Quack Car Wash is seeking fun and energetic Team Members to join our on-site team. You will greet customers, explain services, and assist with questions while maintaining a clean, efficient workspace. You will balance cash, handle sales, and help guide customers through the car wash process.

Qualifications

• Must be able to smile and maintain a clean appearance, per dress and grooming standards.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers as they enter the location.
• Maintains awareness of services provided by Quick Quack Car Wash.
• Explains services provided by Quick Quack Car Wash to customers.
• Assists customers with questions or price discrepancies.
• Balances cash register at shift start and end to ensure accurate transactions.
• Assists customers in locating products, resolving complaints, or directing to other departments as needed.
• Operates and maintains merchandise in vending carts and related sales.
• Maintains housekeeping and upkeep of driveways and restrooms.
• Explains car wash entry procedure and follows loading and prepping procedures to ensure safety.
